Terms of use

Free tools, provided as is. You stay in control: nothing is added to your calendar or your contacts without your approval.

Purpose

The ai-tools.oliv-it.fr site, published by OLIV-IT (see the legal notice), offers tools that use artificial intelligence. Using a tool means accepting these terms.

Access

The tools are free and need no account. Signing in with a Google account is only requested if you choose to save the result there directly. An automatic bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) protects the analysis. Oliv-IT may change, suspend or discontinue a tool at any time without notice, and does not guarantee that it will always be available.

Fair use

The tools are intended for ordinary personal or professional use. To keep the service free, the number of analyses is limited per person and per day. The following are prohibited: automated or mass use, circumventing these limits, and submitting unlawful content.

Your documents

You remain the owner of the documents you submit, and you must have the right to use them. They are used only for the requested analysis and are not kept (see the privacy policy).

Third-party contact details

The “Import contacts” tool processes the contact details of the people named in your documents. You save them in your own address book, under your responsibility: use them with respect for these people and for the law (GDPR), for example to get back in touch with them in the context in which they gave you these details.

AI results

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes: a misread date, an assumed year, a wrong time or place, a wrong digit in a phone number, a misspelt name, a missed item. That is why every event and every contact is shown to you for review before it is saved. You remain responsible for what you choose to add to your calendar or your contacts. What you save belongs to you: you can edit or delete it at any time in your calendar or address book.

Liability

The tools are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Oliv-IT cannot be held liable for the consequences of an analysis error, a missed event, a wrong contact or the service being unavailable.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of use.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails. For any question: [email protected].
