Outils IA Oliv-IT (Oliv-IT AI tools) is a free web application published by Oliv-IT that saves you from retyping information found in a document. You drop in a poster, a PDF, a photo, a business card or some text; artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic) extracts the events or contact details; you review them, then save them wherever you want.
- Import events: adds the dates of a poster, a programme or an email to your calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, .ics file or QR code).
- Import contacts: adds the people from a business card, an email signature or a list to your address book (Google Contacts, iPhone, Android, Outlook, vCard or CSV file).
No account is needed to use the tools. Use of Google user data: only if you choose to save directly to Google Calendar or Google Contacts, the app asks you, through Google's sign-in screen, for permission to create the events in the calendar you choose (Google Calendar API) or to create the contacts you approved (Google People API). It never reads or changes your existing events or contacts, stores no data and revokes access when done. Full details are in the privacy policy and the terms of service.
