Frequently asked questions

Which calendars does the tool work with?

All of them: Google Calendar (direct import after signing in, or a link), Outlook, Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 (.ics file or link), Apple Calendar on iPhone, iPad and Mac, Thunderbird and any calendar that can import an .ics file.

Can I add all the events at once to Outlook or my iPhone?

Yes, with the .ics file: it contains all the events you selected. On iPhone, open it and tap “Add All”; in Outlook, open or import it. Links, on the other hand, only create one event each: online calendars don't accept several events per link.

How do I import the .ics file into Outlook?

Outlook for Windows: double-click the file, or go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export. Outlook.com and Microsoft 365: Calendar > Add calendar > Upload from file.

What documents can the tool read?

Up to 5 files at a time, 10 MB in total: images (JPEG, PNG, WebP), PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or OpenDocument files, and text files. A poster, a programme, a school calendar, a fixture list, an invitation or just a screenshot: anything works. You can also paste text. Very long documents (beyond roughly fifteen pages) are rejected: send only the pages that contain the dates.

Do I need to create an account?

No. The analysis works without an account or signing in. Google sign-in is only required if you choose direct import into Google Calendar.

Is the tool free?

Yes. The number of analyses is simply limited, to prevent abuse.

What happens to my document?

It is analysed by Claude (Anthropic), without being kept or used to train the AI. Nothing is stored on our server: no document, no event, no Google access. The .ics file is created in your browser.

What can the tool do in my Google Calendar?

List your calendars and add the events you approved, nothing else. It never reads, changes or deletes your events. Access is revoked when you finish, or after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Can I install it on my phone?

Yes. After your first import, the tool offers to install itself as an app, on a computer or a phone. On iPhone or iPad: Share menu, then Add to Home Screen.
